Two Iconic Children’s Playlands in Porirua and Lower Hutt

The current owner, David Christensen, has spent more than 7 years building up Laughalots Lower Hutt to be the most favoured indoor children’s playground in the Hutt Valley.

David also spent 5 years designing and building Laughalots Porirua and establishing it as a successful Community Hub for families from all backgrounds.

Having successfully established these two Playlands, David is now looking to retire and has put them both on the market, either as a group or as individual Playlands.

They are being advertised internationally, however preference will be given to local families or iwi to take them over and run them for our families for the next generation of kids.
